AHAT Homecare participates in grant processes in order to fund our mission of serving people living with HIV/AIDS.  Please see below for how you can support in this effort as an individual or business. 

How to Support

This year, the TPU grant for their Evergreen Options program has a public voting option.  We need your support in the form of you VOTING for AHAT Homecare in this process.  Here's what to do.  
1) Go to the TPU Voting Form
2) Enter your name / email / TPU Account Number
